Sync thee domain?

I am unable to associate a NT4 account to an Exchange 5.5 mailbox.  The new
user  was created in USER MANAGER yesterday and when I create the mailbox,
and select "select an existing windows nt account", the network id is not
there, but it is in user manager.

I can create a new windows nt account from the exchange environment and it
will show up in user manager.

has anybody seen this before and any clues as to what can be causing this
problems???  I tried doing this on 10 exchange servers with the same
results.
