The users have had rules defined that would route ExternalUserA and ExternalUserB directly to Deleted Items. Somewhere along the way, mail from InternalUserA started going to Deleted Items as well.
On some of the clients, when you first view the rule, you only see the External Users listed. If you modify the rule and just click next through the menus, when viewint the rule again, the Internal user appears on the rule.
