Does anyone know how to check a communications problem between two mail server. We have a client in japan that we cant send messages too. I have no problems sending to the rest of the world. If I recall there is a set of commands in telnet that I can type to check this sort of thing out. I also checked the queues in ims and it say host unreachable. If anyone can help i would appreciate it.
