Guy - We have just implemented Team Calendar 2.2 in several areas here. It
works great for viewing multiple users' calendars at one time. You first
need to download OLTeamCal.exe from Microsoft. You can get it here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/default.asp?url=/downloads/sample.asp?ur
l=/msdn-files/027/001/831/msdncompositedoc.xml.  From there it's a matter of
installing the executable on your PC, then setting up another calendar that
uses the teamcal.htm file as it's homepage. The documentation is located in
the teamcal.htm file but you will need to view it in Internet Explorer
rather than Outlook.

It's very easy to setup and use. The only issues I've run into with it are
the security features built in to Outlook XP/Outlook 2000 SR-1 and the
Outlook View Control. I've been able to get around these issues by
referring to Q281618 (Outlook 2000), and by following the instructions here:
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/admin.htm for Outlook XP.
