I placed an IP address of a valid system which cannot interact with mail in the "Forward all messages to" then I went to the specify by e-mail domains and placed all incoming domains and the valid outbound mail servers address. When completed restarted mail would come in but outgoing mail was returned stating either cannot relay or no such mail box.
