There is a setting in the public folders to have everyone view new... Cant remember where it is.. Keep looking you will find it.

I need everyone to see changes made by anyone. The problem i have is when someone opens a contact and makes a change in catagories only the person who makes that change can see it. I gave everyone owner rights to the folder but they still cant see the changes made to the catagories section of each contact. Is there anyway to share this info.
