Yes, Accept the meeting as being 'tentative' - with or without sending a response.
In the advanced e-mail option in Outlook, make sure the 'delete meeting request from my inbox when responding' is selected. I have a meeting request show up in my Inbox. When I open it, it would appear in my Calendar as a tentative appointment. Okay, then I close it, and delete it from my Inbox. The tentative appointment is removed as well. Is there a way to prevent the deletion? Thanks, Wei Yan _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
