I'd bet that a solid 30% of domains out there have improperly configured in.addr.arpa zone files. And some of them can't do anything about it, because their ISP simply doesn't care, and wouldn't care even if the DID understand what they were doing to their customers. Which typically they don't. Because they staff themselves with guys whose qualifications are "built a redhat network in my parents' garage so my friends and I could play Quake"
