Well lets say outlook2K.  With using the shell32 it uses the default program
doesn't it.

can I use the schell32 to save the e-mail instead of sending it?

Why go to all that trouble. A drafts folder is setup by default in 'Outlook.
Just save the email to that folder before sending as normal. What type of
client are you using?
