Hi all, We're using Exch 2K and Outlook 2002 with SP2. We have incoming mail sifted into public folders based on the email address people are writing to. Those people are then supposed to get an auto reply when the email hits the public folder. Various people in the company would be able to use a generic Acct -- not their real identity -- in Outlook to reply to the message in the Public Folder.
Only problem is, the auto reply functionality works for a short time then stops for what seems no reason. The Rule in Folder Assistant used for this in Outlook has not changed. We know it's set up properly since it does work for a day or two. Anyone else have problems with intermittent working of auto replies, and if so what was the fix?
