The Event Service in Ex2K is a near-direct-lift of the existing one in 5.5. I had asked Robert Strong about it at one time and he concurred it should work fine and had done so in his own testing. However it is very much recommended that scripts be migrated to event sinks.

So I don't know if it's in version 4 or not. As I mentioned, though, Strong's AutoAccept 4 was working in my Ex2k test lab after an in-place upgrade of a single site, single server installation. I didn't think it would, but I swear it worked, at least for the one conference room I tried. Are those of you out there using Microsoft's direct-booking feature on your Exchange 2000 servers? (My users won't be happy with that one...) Or is there a different freeware event-sink solution available out there?
