And of course, the advantage of the way its designed now is that you *can* propagate the changes through the folder hierarchies you choose rather than having to do it all or nothing from the Public Folders.

He has thousands of Public Folders, this means that current user permissions will be lost on all of them and will be replaced with whatever permissions he propagates. Not a pretty picture.
