I haven't found a really good reason yet, since Exchange 5.5 works so well
for us, and we are a Novell 6 shop for F&P, but this morning, while looking
at the Klez virus problem, I thought that Exchange 2000's support for
newer/better virus scanning APIs (and later versions of NAV for Exchange),
would be a good plus factor for Exchange 2000.

  What do you think?

The enhanced Outlook Web Access and the instant messaging features were
reason enough for us.

I asked this question a while back - just after Exchange 2000 came out.
Is
there any really good reason to upgrade from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange
2000?
We use it (20 users) and have two small remote sites that replicate with
ours. Yes, we also use Active Directory. PRIV.EDB is 2.6 GB and PUB.EDB
is
84 MB and it all runs on an NT2000 Server with 512 MB of RAM.

Thanks for the help and/or any comments y'all might provide,

Arch Willingham
