Sounds like what I am dealing with. Although I have not seen Fragmented Memory warnings for a long time now. Ever since I put the /3GB switch in the BOOT.INI
How much physical RAM does your server have? If you use more than 1GB of RAM, you should put /3GB switch in the BOOT.INI or the server cannot take advantage of the memory above 1GB and starts fragmenting the existing memory. I can safely? ignore that for anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, then OWA will stop working, then MAPI clients outboxes slowly fill up with half-sent things and mail delivery ceases. When this happens I take a few minutes looking at Services - None have stopped, and Event logs, nothing obvious to me. I reboot and all is well again for a few days up to a few weeks. I intend to order Win2K Server Resource Kit to get shutdown.exe, and schedule it for latenight Saturdays. _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
