I haven't seen or really heard of anyone getting hammered.
If you are running reliable Exchange AV using AVAPI or ESE based scanning
and are using attachment blocking, you should never see this virus.

Are you having issues?

Subject: Curious about Klez in Exchange

I was just wondering if anyone had seen Klez get loose in an Exchange
system, and if so, how it behaved. In particular, does it send to, or
pretend to send from, other addresses in the GAL? A casual look at the
messages we've been getting seems to indicate that it doesn't create e-mail
explosions like previous virii did when set free in a big network. It's hard
to tell though, because of the faked sending addresses.
