Ive seen this before but cant remember the solution if any. I remember it worked on my outlook XP but not on my colleagues. I just ridiculed him about it.
Might make a difference if you upgrade outlook 2000 to outlook XP, rather than a new fresh install. I upgraded and i had the from button. He had a fresh install and he didn't. Go figure.....
