The "MS Mail Interchange" service is not new for E2K; it exists in EX5.5,
too. Any idea on how it got set to "Manual" startup? When I installed the
EX5.5 version, it got set to "Automatic".

Do you plan to implement "Directory Synchronization", the service that will
trade addresses between MS Mail and Exchange? If so, how many MS Mail
postoffices do you have? How is the routing organized? DirSync has some firm
ideas on how routing should be done; if you go along with them, DirSync
works very well.

That's not to say that I'd recommend it, though. If you're migrating - and
you should be - it probably isn't worth while. However, if you already have
DirSync running, it might help your users if you integrate with Exchange.

You may find that it's enough to trade directory import/export files between
the two. It's labor-intensive, but it works.
