All,
System: Win2K SP2 and Exchange 2000 SP2.
For no appearant reason, none of my IM users could log on to IM today.
They are receiving This error:
"Signing in to Microsoft Exchange IM failed because the service is
temporarily unavailable."
And on my Exchange 2000 server, the followings are logged in Event
viewer:
Source: MSExchangeDSAccess
Category: General
EventID: 2050
Description: Process DLLHOST.EXE
/PROCESSID:{3D14228D-FBE1-11D0-995D-00C04FD919C1} (PID=2800). The shared
memory heap could not be created.
Followed by:
Source: MSExchangeIM
Category: Network Layer
EventID: 28674
Description: The network layer could not be initialized (Error
c0040802).
All other exchange functionailities have no problems.
Has anyone encountered any of these? Search on MS and EventID.net
showed up nothing.
