Can someone out there smarter than me tell me how to figure out how much it costs to upgrade an Exchange 5.5 site with a 5 CAL to the same thing in Exchange 2000? I have gone to both CDW and Microsoft's sites and there are a zillion options but none says diddly squat about an upgrade. The impression I got was that it is almost like you have to buy the whole thing brand new and you don't get any credit for already owning the product?
