Subject: Delegate access for a remote user

Hey,

I need to give one user the ability to send email and have it look like it
is coming from another users account (like delegate access), however the
user whose mailbox that the email has to look like it's coming from is a
non-local user and I do not have access to his Outlook is there a way that I
can do this.
