I don't believe I was replying to you, but to Raj. I simply asked if the
situation I described was in fact the situation he was experiencing as I was
unclear from his response as to what the actual situation was at the moment.

If you aren't happy with the method of inquiry and responses I use in
eliciting additional information and providing direction to those who pose
queries I offer several suggestions:

1. Ignore my posts.
2. Answer the questions instead and I'll endeavor to learn from your
example.
3. Ask for a refund.
