Hi, We are using MS Exchange 5.5 and I have been asked by Management implement a system which automatically adds a disclaimer footer to all message send to the Internet.
We currently use automatic footer insertion in Outlook but with this method a sender can remove the disclaimer from the message. We have looked at Exchange and there does to appear to be an option for inserting server side messages or attachments. Would appreciate any comments or advice on procedures or add-on software which would enable use to insert server side messages.
