Do you think it might be pertinent here to mention what Exchange version you're using? Since it's done differently in 5.5 and 2000. I'm going to assume Exchange 2000 because that's who answers at mail.anddesco.com.au. It's in the properties of your SMTP virtual server. Properties / Messages / send copy of Nondelivery report. If you get a bunch, create a new mailbox and send them there. In Outlook it will appear like an NDR until you open it, which will expose the message.
