What happened prior to this problem starting?  Any service pack upgrades
etc?  Take a look at Q185573 to see if it rings a bell.  

Either you have a corrupt db and it was backed up that way, or there is
something messed up with the machine you're restoring to.  Either way, you
may want to call PSS now.

Information Store has failed to start with the follwing errors being
recorded in NT Event View:

1201 MSExchangeIS - Error 0x8004010f reading\decrypting the (Type) attribute
from the Microsoft Exchange Server Directory Service 5000 MSExchangeIS -
Unable to initialize the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service (Error
0x8004010f.

Ran the tests as stated with TechNet. 
Have now restored but am still receiving the same errors.

Any ideas?
