If you mean nondeliverable mail intended for your domain, then it's a property of the Internet Mail Connector. I'm not going to tell you where, because this has been asked and answered ad nauseum in the last month alone, not to mention for the last 5 years.
Go poke around. You'll find it. It's patently obvious when you get there.
