Actually most of them are NT. They don't know how to work it, but there it is. It takes them 20 minutes to boot up because of all the errors they have to F1 past, click OK on, etc. Bios errors, driver errors, they don't care.
The bulk of the company Citi bought when they bought us (now known as Legacy Associates) are all Win95.
