We have created a custom AD attribute called Hire Date. I have a spreadsheeet of all the hire dates. I want to import these dates to that field. I don't want to you LDIF because It kind of scares me. Do you see a way to add the hire date in an exch 5.5 field and set that field to map to the Hire Date field in AD?
