btw...I think if you upgrade ScanMail to the ESE version, it then does allow you to determine the stale mailboxes. dave

Since we are using Trend Micro's Scanmail, we cannot depend on using the last time a user logs onto his/her mailbox, since Scanmail does so on a regular basis. Any help would be appreciated.
