You need to have Service Account Admin rights to accomplish what you are doing.

And here is my problem: When I am installing the new server (call it SERVER_B), I select that I want to join a site and input the right details, but then I get DS_E_INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_RIGHTS. I looked it up on MSDN and added the administrative user of SERVER_B to SERVER_A for Organisation, Site and Configuration. But still I get the same error. Trustee rigths between the domans are setup and working OK. Anyone has any leads or a link to a solutions.
