We are using Legato Networker. I am not too crazy about it but it works. A few times it let us down. We also do full backups with NTBACKUP onto another file server and keep that backup copy for 3 days (Mo-Thu-Su goes on E$, Tue-Fri goes on F$, Wed-Sat goes on G$) The only problem with this is that we always have to do full backups (Copy backups did some bad tricks with transaction logs)

It ended up being a problem with using CAT5 cable instead of CAT5E from our backup server to our copper gigabit switch. Otherwise it runs great. Just something to watch for if you're running gigbit.
