They might be temporarily loosing the network connection which would cause them no 
longer to be correctly authenticated. OWA probably has a solid connection to that 
server.  But re-logging to the NT domain should fix that.  Are the users that 
experience this problem in the same network segment?
Is this particular PF on a different server then the rest of PF's they can access?
