Exchange 2K no longer has a directory. What you are really asking is: how can I get replication to work between two AD forests? If you only want addresses to appear in the GAL this is relatively easy (Use Simplesync). If what you really want is to have 2 Exchange servers in the same org (a la Ex5.5). Then it is an even easier 2 step process:
1. Destroy one domain. 2. Reinstall the servers\Exchange in the other domain. Of course the devil is in the details, and you may want to hire one of the afore mentioned consultants to help you with this.
