It depends on what you are currently using. After all, if you guys are using Dream Weaver or FrontPage as a base editor then the courses are going to change. The same if you are using ASP or DHTML or XML as a base right now.
Do you do a lot of interactive web pages or is it all just information posted for people to read? Will you have to support something like Share Portal Team Services? What you should take depends a lot on those answers, or answers to those type of questions.
