Thanks guys. Martin, you are correct on that item. I got confused for a
second on the internet domain name and the nt domain name.

What I meant to say was changing the default domain name in
tools-options-permissions of 5.5. I have done that. I checked out the two
articles and have seen them before. I believe I have the domain issue
straight, but the public folders I am working on now. I am using the
pfadmin to get the security info back into the public folder structure.

I was just wanting to make sure I was on the right track for all of this.
A little confusing having multiple domain/site names in exchange now when
they all used to be the same.
