I have a mailbox for a conference room (CR) to keep it's schedule. When a meeting request is sent to the CR mailbox, the event is automatically posted to the CR's calendar as "Tentative". This happens w/ the meeting request sitting UNread in the Inbox.
I've checked the settings of the Outlook 2000 client that host the profile for this mailbox, and the "Auto Accept Meeting Request" option is NOT selected. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening? This behavior is conflicting with the ExchangeCode.com Auto-Accept script that I want to run on that mailbox.
