I'll have to verify but I think we are forwarding to the IP address of the mail relay.

Since errors in delivery routing parameters can result in misrouted mail, the Internet Mail Service will not start until this error is corrected. Confirm that DNS is properly configured. If you are using a HOSTS file, confirm that it is properly configured. Transfer Mode: Inbound & Outbound Message Delivery: Forward all messages to host Routing: Set to reroute inbound SMTP. Has an entry to route the local domain inbound. Has anyone dealt with this problem before? Anything you've got that can help me point him in the right direction would be appreciated.
