Yes. You have logical corruption in your database after running the repair. 1. Stop the IS 2. Open a command prompt and go to \exchsrvr\bin and run "isinteg -fix -pri -test alltests" without the quotes. 3. Run the command again 4. Mount stores and check for any further issues.
