Well, I for one would be interested in an on-list discussion.  I work for
an architectural firm and while we have a well-developed paper archival
program (of course), we really haven't thought about how the e-mail fits
into that system.

Management is only now realizing we should be looking at proper archiving of
our mail as well as files and attachments.  We are doing drug development so
we have to comply with certain FDA guidelines.  Can people give me their
