Subject: Public Folders or Public Mailboxes?

My organization relies on public type information (i.e., survey results,
etc.) to be sent to a mailbox that several people have access to (through
delegation).

I feel that our Public Folders are underutilized and that we should create
PFs for these types of tasks and assign permissions to the folder for users
who need access.

Does anyone have an opinion on why or why not one would be better than the
other?

Thanks.
