If you recall the message, it should be not be visible to the receiver. It
may appear as a new mail message( with recall in parenthesis) but when the
receivers open it, it will be blank. This is how I have seen it function.

User sent out an eMAIL to a large distribution list by mistake.  The Recall
Message action feature did not work very well on this.
This was very sensitive eMAIL that went out and needs to be trapped before
too many people read it.  What can I do?
