Sure ... I've been working with Exchange since late 1995, mostly with organizations that are around 1-3 servers in one site. Haven't really worked closely with the larger implementations unfortunately ... the consulting firm I used to work for dealt mainly with smaller clients with tight budgets. Now I work for an medium-sized insurance company and running the Exchange boxes here are one of my responsiblities.
