And what were the results of the RPC Ping tests in your previous thread? 

Side note: I read around 500 Exchange related posts a day between the
various forums I monitor, which I'm sure isn't a record of any kind... But
still, it's pure chance I happened to remember that you asked a similar
question earlier in this forum. To me it seems silly to have to start all
over again, when unless I'm missing something, there's already a perfectly
good thread hanging out there waiting for additional information.
