Firstly, when emails are received. Take a look at the headers. They usually explain a few things like where the message originated from. If there is a message header visible from a mail supposedly sent internally then you know it is from an outside source. Messages sent internally don't, if I am not mistaken, have an internet message header.
Right click on the message and choose options. Also, some emails have been sent to me from my company address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) but such a mailbox does not exist on my server. How can I control this from my Exchange server ? _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
