Firstly, when emails are received. Take a look at the headers. They usually
explain a few things like where the message originated from. If there is a
message header visible from a mail supposedly sent internally then you know
it is from an outside source. Messages sent internally don't, if I am not
mistaken, have an internet message header.

Right click on the message and choose options.

Subject: Emails being sent as me

I have noticed recently emails have been going to people from my address
when I haven't sent them. Also, some emails have been sent to me from my
company address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) but such a mailbox does not
exist on my server.
How can I control this from my Exchange server ?
