Thanks Neil and Louis. I had thought as much, but wasn't sure wether or not there was a workaround for those forgetful ones. Some of my Sales users enquired about this, which I then sunsequently tested on my laptop. They keep forgetting if so and so is away on a trip and such like. But thats fine.
