Do you have Microsoft Exchange Information Store selected? Select that and deselect mailboxes.

This selects everything below (a list of mailboxes). Within an individual mailbox, the selections are "Common Views", "Deferred Action", "Finder", "Freebusy Data", "Schedule", "Shotcuts", "Top of Information Store", "Views". Each of these is selected.
