Hi all. Maybe I already asked this before. Here is the scenario. Exchange 2000 SP2. Two GALs. Two groups of users. GAL1 has filter to only display users from Group1 and permissions only for users from Group1. GAL2 has filter to only display users from Group2 and permissions only for Group2. Everything works perfectly. Now I want both groups of users to see the GALs combined, I set permissions so that eaither group could see either GAL. Bam! - Outlook displays blank lines in the GAL.
All right. A different approach. Delete both GALs. Create one GAL with one big query that would show users from both groups. Preview GAL looks perfect. I set permissions so that both groups of users can use this one combined GAL. Bam! - Outlook shows blank lines in the GAL.
