Our sales dept. sometimes hires 3rd party vendors or uses their personal accounts to send out spam to past and present customers. The reported emails appear to be in compliance with the regulations of our state in regards to commercial email.
We are often notified of the spam by spamcop because we own the web server that hosts the advertisement in the email. Besides that it is a sleazy way to advertise and the possibility of being blacklisted by spamcop, what are some other tangible consequences of sending out these types of emails? Are there other well-known anti-spam vendors that blacklist domains based on the body/content of spam? Does anybody have any ketchup? _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
