I agree, Move Server Wizard is the tool that you need to preform this, but take a CSV export of all your accounts using all the headers available and a offline backup copy of the DB's. (MSW will create all these CSV files for you anyway i.e. one for DL's, users, CR's and all people who have a secondarty proxy addresses). once the MSW is done, just manually import these CSV files. THe DL's will need to be modified abit to match the new org and just add the old x500 addresses so that old mail doesnt bounce back.
