I agree, and their server software is decent to install and reliable. You can have my RIM when you take it from my cold dead hands. These have saved our company a bundle by having faster communications on everything from network outages to new sales leads. I can't recommend them enough.
One thing to keep in mind is if you are already a email centric company, go for the bigger 957 handhelds, the larger display makes a big difference. Cingular has em for $299 a pop now (which is their going ebay rate).
