Is it reverting to whatever was the original Primary SMTP address (before
you ever added the secondary)?

Also is there an ADC in the picture or is it native E2K?

But when I change a users SMTP address back to what it suppose to be. I
run "Apply this Policy Now" And it changes it right back. That's what
I don't get. So it looks like I've given it enough time cause it changes
the accounts back to the secondary SMTP address.

Once you change the default primary SMTP address, it takes time to take
effect. Be patient.

What can cause this to happen when there is no policy setup for it to change
the secondary SMTP address to the primary? This seems awfully strange to
me.

Nope, that's what I don't understand.

Subject: Recipent Polices Problem

All,
This is a strange problem I'm experiencing. Everyone's "Primary" SMTP
addresses change to another SMTP address listed for each user. We have setup
2 SMTP addresses for users when we create accounts. Something in the
Recipient Policy keeps changing it to be the second of the 2 SMTP addresses.
Everytime I make a change it changes it back. I don't see anything in the
"Default" Recipient Policy that would suggest making the second SMTP address
the primary address. Has anyone had this happen before? And if so how did
you resolve the problem? Thank you,
